1. The race is open to all people born between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2020 who wish to participate. All participants must bring a signed authorization from their father, mother, and/or legal guardian, to be submitted on the day the race bib is collected.
2. Children born in 2020 may be accompanied by an adult during the race. Accompanying adults must also purchase a race bib in order to accompany the minors. This bib includes insurance and refreshments, but accompanying adults will not appear in the official rankings.
3. Registrations can be made online on the race website, at the Interesport Olaria store, or the day before the race at the Mar Civic Center in front of the Port Square. Accompanying adults may optionally purchase the race T-shirt for €12 instead of €9 (subject to size availability).
4. The race will close 15 minutes after it starts.
5. The start of the 800-meter race for Under-12 (born 2015–2016), Under-10 (born 2017–2018), and Under-8 (born 2019–2020) will take place just after the Open Mile races finish, around 11:00 a.m.

7. All participants, simply for finishing the race, will receive a gift (a commemorative medal of the event and a technical T-shirt).
8. Registrations can be made online at http://www.cursa10kmvng.com, with a limit of 200 athletes, after payment by credit card, or in person at one of the race’s collaborating establishments. Registrations will close regardless of the number of registered participants on May 18, 2025 at 9:00 p.m.
9. The registration fee is €9. Timing will be controlled using a chip attached to the race bib. Once registration has been completed, the fee will not be refunded if the athlete does not participate for reasons unrelated to the organization.
10. Advance registrations will open on March 17, 2026 and remain open until the 200 available places are filled. No registrations will be accepted on the day of the race under any circumstances.
11. The race bib and chip can be collected the day before the race from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., or on the same day until 10:45 a.m. at Plaza del Puerto on the Seafront Promenade. After 10:45 a.m., race bibs will no longer be distributed.
12. The awards ceremony will take place at 11:45 a.m., and commemorative medals will be awarded to the first 3 boys and the first 3 girls in each category.
13. Categories are determined by year of birth, for both male and female participants:

14. Complaints must be submitted in writing to Club Atletismo Atletesvng.org, which will issue a decision within 7 days. The decision will be final and not subject to appeal.
15. The organization may request an ID card or similar document to verify the athlete’s age.
16. Images taken of participants may be used to promote this event or future editions.
17. Participants explicitly allow their name, surname, sex, and year of birth to appear on the public list of registered participants, as well as in the results if they finish the race according to the established rules.
18. The organization is not responsible for any injuries suffered by runners or any damages they may cause to third parties.
19. The organization recommends that participants undergo a medical check-up and/or stress test, especially for those who have not previously run a race of similar characteristics or who have been inactive for a prolonged period. The organization is therefore not responsible for any medical condition suffered by the runner during the race or in the hours following its completion.
20. Registering for the race implies acceptance of these rules.
21. By the mere fact of participating, this regulation is accepted. Any matters not specified here will be decided by the organization.

15. Complains must be made in writing to the Atletesvng.org Athletics Club, which will decide within 7 days; the decision they make will be final.

17. The images taken of the participants may be used to publicize the same event or the following editions.

19. The organization is not responsible for any damages that the runners may cause to themselves or to third parties.

The organization recommends that participants undergo a medical check-up and/or stress test for all those people who have not run a test of similar characteristics before or who have been without physical activity for an extended period of time. To this effect, the organization is not responsible for any medical pathology suffered by the runner during the race and/or during the hours after the end of the race.
21.The fact of signing up for the test implies acceptance of these regulations. Anything not specified is at the discretion of the organization.
13th 10K RACE City of Vilanova i la Geltrú Regulations
1. The race is open to all people who wish to participate. The minimum age to participate in the test is 15 years. Minors under 18 years of age will have to carry the signed authorization of the father, mother and/or legal guardian, to be delivered on the day of bib collection.
2. Complaints must be made, in writing, to the Referee Judge, up to 30 minutes after the results have been made public or the incident has occurred, depositing the amount of 50 €, which will be returned if the complaint is accepted.
3. Awards. A medal and cash remuneration will be awarded to the first three overall winners (women and men) of 80 €, 50 € and 30 € respectively, and medals in the SUB 23 categories and the veteran athlete categories M40, M50, M60, M70 (women and men) and also to the 3 first local absolute winners (women and men).
4. The organization is not responsible for any moral and/or material damages that the participants may cause or suffer.
5. The start will be given on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. on the straight in front of the Port Square of Vilanova i la Geltrú.
6. The race will close at the head of 1 hour and 20 minutes after starting at 10:20 a.m.
7. The start and finish will be located on the Paseo Marítimo, on the straight of the Port Square.
8. The distance is 10 km approved by the Catalan Athletics Federation on a 5 km circuit that will be run twice. Aid stations will be at km 5 and at the finish line.
9. All participants, just for finishing the race, will receive a gift (technical t-shirt). For registrations made from May 11th, we cannot guarantee the size of the t-shirt and from May 15th the registration will be without a t-shirt.
10. The registration fee is 18 € with a disposable chip attached to the bib number. Once the registration has been made, the amount will not be returned if the athlete's non-participation is due to causes unrelated to the organization.

12. The bib number, chip and gift can be collected the day before from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. or on the same day until 8:45 a.m. at the Civic Center in front of the Port Square of the Paseo Marítimo. After 8:45 a.m. no more bibs will be issued.
13. The awards ceremony will be held at 10:15 a.m. for the winners and the three best classified in each category. Those who have a prize for the overall classification will not have one for their category.
14. In the event that the winners also improve the current race record, which is 29'46" Men (Xavier Badia Edition 2023) and Women 33'46" (Meritxell Soler Edition 2023), they will receive an additional prize of 120 €.

The 1 Open Mile of the city of Vilanova on an RFEA-homologated circuit of 1609.36 m in distance. The start will be on May 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
1. The organization may request an ID card (DNI) or a similar document to verify the age and/or identity of the athlete.
2. To participate and be eligible for classification, runners must wear their race bib in a highly visible place. If the organizer provides or requires a timing chip, it will be mandatory to run with it.
3. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Referee, accompanied by a 50€ deposit, and will only be accepted up to 30 minutes after the race results are announced. If the complaint is accepted, the deposit will be refunded.
4. The races may only be suspended if the Referee determines so due to severe weather conditions or any other problem.
5. This competition will be governed in accordance with the FCA long-distance running regulations. Anything not covered in these rules will be resolved according to WA (World Athletics) regulations.
6. The athletics club atletesvng.org is not responsible for any moral and/or material damage that participants and spectators may cause or suffer during this competition.
7. The mere act of registering for this competition implies full acceptance of the provisions set forth in these regulations.
8. Participants explicitly allow their first name, last name, gender, and year of birth to be published on the entry lists, as well as in the results.
9. By registering for the event, the participant expressly authorizes the organization and its sponsors to use still and/or moving images of the participants. These images may appear in any type of graphic media.
10. The registration fee is 12€ and includes a thermal shirt.
11. A commemorative medal will be awarded to the top 3 overall male and female finishers, as well as to the top 3 finishers in the SUB16, SUB14, and SUB12 categories.
